Roket Media Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “Roket Media,” “roketeconomics.com,” and “Our Company”)
Customer and User Definitions: These terms refer to individuals or organizations purchasing products/services through the roketeconomics.com website.
Users who create accounts and benefit from services on www.roketeconomics.com (“Website”) are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the following main and sub-articles of this agreement. The conditions specified below must be accepted in order to create an account and purchase products/services. Users who create accounts and make purchases by accepting these terms can proceed with their transactions.
This agreement will be presented for the customer’s approval during the registration and product/service purchase process. Progressing without acceptance is not allowed. Furthermore, this agreement is permanently published at the bottom of the site. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and read it.
This agreement outlines the rights and obligations related to the website, and when both parties accept the terms of this agreement, they confirm that they will fulfill their responsibilities correctly, on time, and according to the conditions specified in this agreement.
1. RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 The products and pages available for sale on the site are the property of roketeconomics.com and operated by it. Roketeconomics.com reserves the right to change prices, products, services, and terms at any time.
1.2 Roketeconomics.com agrees to provide the products or services as described, excluding technical issues.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
2.1 All intellectual property rights related to the site, including trademarks, patents, logos, designs, and products, are owned by the site operator or its designated party and are protected by national and international law.
2.2 No content on the site may be copied, published, reproduced, or transmitted without permission. The entire site or parts of it cannot be used on other websites without authorization.
2.3 All visual designs and source codes of products on the site are registered by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and are fully protected.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY
3.1 Roketeconomics.com will not disclose personal information submitted by users to third parties. This includes personal data such as name, address, phone number, email address, and portfolio information (collectively “Confidential Information”).
3.2 Confidential Information may only be disclosed when required by law or by authorized government agencies.
4. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
4.1 The customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the account without prior notice.
4.2 The customer is responsible for the security of their account and passwords on the site and third-party sites. Roketeconomics.com is not responsible for data loss, security breaches, or damage to devices resulting from this.
5. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
5.1 The customer agrees not to engage in any activity that would harm the commercial reputation of Roket Economics and its products. Any violation may result in the cancellation of the account without refund and compensation for damages.
5.2 The customer agrees to indemnify Roket Economics for any losses arising from the use of its services.
5.3 Roket Economics reserves the right to refuse service in case of negative behavior (such as mobbing) by the customer, and may cancel the account and refund the remaining balance for services.
6. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
6.1 The customer agrees to submit all support requests through the “technical support system” on the website roketeconomics.com and understands that support services will not be provided through any other means.
6.2 All support requests made by the customer will be responded to by Roket Economics within 24 hours, depending on workload.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 Neither party will be liable for failing to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, wars, civil wars, strikes, epidemics, infrastructure failures, or power outages (“Force Majeure”). During such events, the parties’ rights and obligations under this contract will be suspended.
8. ENTIRETY OF THE AGREEMENT AND APPLICABILITY
8.1 If any part of this agreement becomes invalid, the remainder of the agreement will remain in effect.
9. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
9.1 Roket Economics may modify or discontinue the products and services offered on the website and change the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on the site. It is the user’s responsibility to monitor and accept these changes by continuing to use the services.
10. NOTIFICATIONS
10.1 All notifications related to this agreement will be sent via email to the addresses provided by Roket Economics and the user. The user agrees to notify Roket Economics of any address change within 5 days; otherwise, notifications sent to the provided address will be considered valid.
11. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
11.1 In case of any disputes related to this agreement, the parties’ records, including digital and fax records, will be accepted as evidence under the UK Civil Procedure Rules, and the user agrees not to dispute these records.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Any disputes arising from or related to the interpretation or implementation of this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
