Before using this product for the first time, carefully read the entire Distance Selling Agreement. The USER, by using or activating the digital product for the first time, agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the USER does not accept these terms, they will not be able to use the product, access the content, or participate in any lessons. Any usage outside of these terms will be considered a breach of copyright by the SELLER. If the USER does not accept these terms, it is their responsibility to refrain from purchasing or using the digital product. The SELLER will not accept any liability after the product has been used if the terms were not accepted. These terms apply to all versions of the product, regardless of the device used (computer, tablet, or mobile). All intellectual and industrial rights related to the product are owned by Roket Media Ltd. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sale of content from www.roketeconomics.com will lead to legal action under the provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Intellectual Property Act 2014.
1. SUBJECT This Agreement is for the sale of the digital product purchased electronically by the BUYER from www.roketeconomics.com or within the application, as described in this Agreement and the Information Form. The rights and obligations of the parties are determined according to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which implement the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. The product provided to the USER under this Agreement consists of the registered content within the chosen digital product package. The BUYER acknowledges that they have been provided with all relevant pre-contractual information about the product’s features, price, payment method, and all relevant terms, and have electronically accepted this information before purchasing the product. The Information Form and the invoice containing the product price are an integral part of this Agreement.

2.3. USER
The USER refers to the person who uses the digital product under this Agreement, either the BUYER or someone designated by the BUYER as a user. If the USER is a minor, the legal guardian’s approval is considered as consent to this Agreement.
The USER agrees and warrants that the information provided during the conclusion of this Agreement is accurate and complete, and will not use the digital product for illegal purposes.
3. PRODUCT DETAILS AND PRICE
The BUYER agrees that the digital content provided by Roket Economics, as detailed in the Agreement and the Information Form, includes all applications. The Product Price includes all applicable taxes.

3.2. The additional features and terms of use of the purchased Product are outlined in the relevant page on the roketeconomics.com website and in this Agreement’s essential component, the Information Form, in detail.
4. PRODUCT USAGE (EXCLUSIVE ACCESS) PERIOD
4.1. The product usage period will begin from the date of the Buyer’s purchase and continue until the specified date for access to exclusive content on the product page at roketeconomics.com.
4.2. If included in the package, all content provided by Roket Economics will be available for the duration of the subscription. After the subscription ends, the Buyer will have unlimited access to all digital content delivered during the subscription period. However, access to Roket Artificial Intelligence content will be limited. Upon the expiration of the product, any application credits or rights, whether used or unused, will be deleted.
4.3. Subscription packages are not automatically renewed after the subscription period ends. The Buyer must purchase a new subscription if they wish to extend their access. Upon cancellation of the subscription through roketeconomics.com, the Buyer will retain access until the end of the current period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period. Access to exclusive content will end once the subscription expires.
5. CANCELLATION RIGHT
5.1. As the product is an online digital service, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Buyer has no right to cancel the purchase as it falls under “services performed immediately or goods delivered immediately in electronic format.”
6. PAYMENT METHODS
6.1. Payment for the “Roket Economics Special Packages” can only be made via the following methods:
Cryptocurrency: Payments may be made using specified cryptocurrencies. The Buyer must ensure that the payment is made in the correct cryptocurrency and to the designated wallet address provided during the purchase process. The Buyer is responsible for any transaction fees or network charges related to the cryptocurrency payment.
Donations: Payments may also be made as a donation. The Buyer must make a payment in the form of a donation to the designated account, as specified during the purchase process. Donation payments are non-refundable and are not subject to the same terms as regular product purchases.
6.2. In the case of selecting a 1, 2, or 3-month subscription package, the subscription is not automatically renewed at the end of the term. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to manage the cancellation of the subscription. Users purchasing through the following platforms:
6.3. The Buyer is responsible for any errors that may occur during the payment process, and Roket Media Ltd. will not be liable for any payment issues caused by the Buyer.
6.4. Once the payment is received via cryptocurrency or donation, the product will be accessible to the Buyer within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed, and access to the product will be granted within 3 business days. Roket Media Ltd. reserves the right to change and update pricing and discounts periodically on the https://roketeconomics.com website.
6.5. All subscriptions purchased through roketeconomics.com will grant the Buyer access to all content provided by Roket Economics via electronic means, accessible through the subscription group. The Buyer will have continuous access to the content as long as the subscription is active. Access to Roket Economics’ content is only available during the subscription period.
7. GENERAL TERMS
7.1. This Agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms reading the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement online. The Agreement becomes effective upon confirmation and will be sent to the Buyer’s provided email.
7.2. The sale is complete once the Buyer confirms the Pre-Information Form and makes payment. This action confirms acceptance of the product’s usage terms and conditions.
7.3. The digital product can be used on a single device at a time. If the Buyer cannot use the product due to device issues, no refund will be provided.
7.4. If the product integrates with Roket Economics, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the associated User Agreement.
7.5. The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate user information. Any issues arising from incorrect details will not hold the Seller liable.
7.6. The Seller will provide the product in accordance with the terms specified in the Pre-Information Form.
7.7. The product sale is governed by UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).
7.8. The product will be made available within 30 days, and if not, the Buyer may terminate the Agreement.
7.9. If the Buyer fails to pay, the Seller has no obligation to provide the product.
7.10. If fraudulent use of payment details is detected, the Seller may terminate the Agreement.
7.11. In case of force majeure, the Seller will notify the Buyer. The Buyer may cancel the order or request a delay in product access.
7.12. The Seller does not guarantee profits from the use of Roket Economics’ analyses. The Buyer acknowledges full responsibility for any financial outcomes.
8. USER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. The User is responsible for providing accurate information, securing login credentials, and ensuring internet access for the digital product.
8.2. The User must not share the product with third parties or use it for commercial purposes. They are responsible for all actions undertaken with the product.
8.3. The User acknowledges that the Seller is not liable for damages caused by system issues, viruses, or non-compliance with licensing requirements.
8.4. The User agrees to use the product solely for personal use and not for any unlawful or inappropriate activities.
9. Seller’s Representations and Warranties
9.1. The Seller (ROKET MEDIA LTD) ensures the product matches the Pre-Information Form. The User is responsible for any third-party apps required for device compatibility. The Seller is not liable for issues related to devices, internet, or user errors and does not guarantee error-free performance.
9.2. The Seller will maintain the product as described, except in force majeure situations. Content changes during the subscription do not breach continuity.
9.3. If the product becomes impossible to deliver, the Seller will notify the User within 3 days. Changes will be communicated via the official website or other methods.
9.4. The User acknowledges that interruptions to digital content due to updates or third-party issues are not the Seller’s responsibility.
9.5. The platform may experience minor issues but will remain functional.
9.6. In case of extended downtime (over 10 days), Roket Media LTD may refund the User a proportional amount based on usage.
9.7. The Seller provides the product as described and does not guarantee specific results. The Seller is not liable for damages due to the User’s expectations.
9.8. The Seller is not liable for any losses, data loss, or intellectual property violations caused by the User’s actions in violation of the Agreement.
9.9. The Seller can modify, update, or remove content without prior notice to ensure compatibility.
10. Duration, Termination, and Cancellation of the Agreement
10.1. This Agreement automatically terminates at the end of the period specified in Section 4.1 without the need for any further action.
10.2. If included in the package, all content provided by ROCKET ECONOMICS remains available during the subscription period. After the subscription ends, all digital content delivered to the User/Buyer during the subscription is accessible indefinitely, except for limited access to Roket AI. Upon termination of the ROCKET ECONOMICS digital product, any unused credits or rights in the application will be deleted.
10.3. Roket Media LTD may terminate the Agreement immediately, without notice, if the User/Buyer fails to fulfill any obligations outlined in this Agreement. In this case, the User/Buyer is not entitled to any refunds.
10.4. If the User engages in inappropriate or offensive behavior, including comments or actions that violate public order or morality, the use of ROCKET ECONOMICS and the Agreement may be terminated unilaterally by Roket Media LTD without notice.
10.5. If the platform is unavailable for more than ten days due to reasons beyond control, Roket Media LTD may refund the User/Buyer a proportionate amount for the usage period and terminate the Agreement.
11. License
11.1. By purchasing the digital product, the User is granted a non-exclusive, limited, and time-bound license to use ROCKET ECONOMICS owned by Roket Media LTD.
11.2. ROCKET ECONOMICS is protected by applicable laws, and this Agreement does not transfer any financial or moral rights. Only a non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use is granted for the duration specified.
11.3. Roket Media LTD retains all rights, ownership, and interests related to ROCKET ECONOMICS, including intellectual property rights.
11.4. If the User infringes Roket Media LTD’s intellectual property by copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without permission, the User agrees to pay a penalty of £5,000,000 (without needing a court order) and acknowledges that this amount may be increased based on the severity of the infringement. Roket Media LTD reserves the right to seek further legal action or compensation under UK law, including claims for damages.
12. Usage Restrictions
12.1. The User agrees not to:
Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or distribute the product. Use the product for any unauthorized purposes or in violation of intellectual property rights. Share login credentials or use the product in violation of laws. Contact instructors or users outside permitted use.
12.2. The Seller may seek damages under UK law for any breach.
12.3. The User acknowledges the Seller may separately demand penalties and compensation for breach.
12.4. The Seller may terminate the Agreement and suspend access if the User breaches the terms.
12.5. The Seller may intervene and suspend access in case of misuse.
13. Disclaimer of Liability
13.1. The Seller is not responsible for any failure to achieve expected performance from the digital product if the Seller has exercised reasonable care and attention. The Seller does not guarantee success or flawless operation of the system.
13.2. The Seller reserves the right to restrict access to the digital product for updates or maintenance, such as software development and market analysis. The User acknowledges that the Seller is not liable for interruptions or performance issues not caused by the Seller and agrees that no compensation is owed in such cases.
13.3. By using the digital product, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement and acknowledges understanding the scope of the product’s license. The User may not hold the Seller responsible if they did not understand the terms before installing the product.
13.4. If the User lacks legal capacity, the User’s guardian or trustee is deemed to have given valid consent for the User to enter into this Agreement. The Seller is not responsible for any claims to the contrary, and the Buyer will be directly liable for any resulting damages.
13.5. The Seller is not liable for any hardware or operating system malfunctions, external factors such as voltage fluctuations, network errors, data loss due to viruses, or any issues caused by user error or third-party software.
13.6. The Seller will not be held liable for damages arising from the User’s breach of the Agreement.
14. Electronic Communication
14.1. The Seller may send necessary notifications to the Buyer regarding payment and error resolution without prior consent, as part of fulfilling the service.
14.2. Under the UK Electronic Communications Regulations, the Seller may send commercial communications to the User regarding the Roket Economics digital product.
15. Personal Data
15.1. To access digital products, the user must provide their full name, address, phone number, portfolio details, and email address. Without this information, access to the digital product cannot be granted. The user must ensure the accuracy of this information.
15.2. Roket Media Ltd will record the user’s IP address during the digital product installation process. This is necessary for the security, installation, and troubleshooting of the product.
15.3. Any content shared within the product’s chat group or sent to the Seller may be published with the user’s first name and last initial, along with comments or other information.
15.4. Roket Media Ltd may evaluate, analyse, and store personal data securely without violating the user’s privacy. Such data may be anonymised and retained indefinitely for usage assessments, fulfilment of obligations, or statistical purposes.
15.5. For further information, the user can access the Privacy Notice and Personal Data Processing Policy at www.roketeconomics.com.
16. Partial Invalidity
16.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
17. Dispute Resolution
17.1. In case of any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Resolution Board or the Consumer Court in their place of residence.
18. Effective Date
18.1. This Agreement shall come into effect once the Buyer reads and electronically agrees to all the terms and conditions.
18.2. A copy of this Agreement will be automatically sent to the Buyer’s email address provided in the application form for retention purposes.
