Pre-Contractual Information Form

This form outlines the terms and conditions of the sale and use of digital products offered by the SELLER to the BUYER, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the United Kingdom’s Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Digital Economy Act 2017, and applicable contract law. The information provided herein forms an integral part of the Distance Selling Agreement between the parties.

The BUYER confirms that they have been provided with the SELLER’s trading name, address, contact details, details of the digital product being sold, its key characteristics, pricing, and payment terms in a clear and comprehensible manner. By proceeding with the purchase, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees that they have no right to cancel the purchase after the digital product has been accessed, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 37.

The SELLER does not guarantee any financial gain or offer investment advice through the services provided, including Roket Economics evaluations (signal and market analyses). The product is designed to enhance the BUYER’s financial literacy during the subscription period, with no guarantee of profit. All responsibility for the use of these services lies solely with the BUYER. The SELLER assumes no liability for the outcomes of the BUYER’s use of the services.

3. Product Details  

3.1 The Product is a digital service accessible only online, containing audio-visual and financial market-related content. Access to the Product constitutes service fulfillment.  

3.2 The Product requires an active internet connection and compatible electronic devices for installation and use, as acknowledged by the Buyer.

4. Subscription and Access  

4.1 Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Buyers must purchase a new subscription to continue access after the subscription period ends. Subscription cancellations allow access until the period ends, but no refunds are issued for unused time.  

4.2 For non-subscription packages, access remains valid for the package duration.  

5. Payment Methods  

5.1 Payments can only be made via:  

– Cryptocurrency: Accepted cryptocurrencies will be provided during the checkout process.  

– Donations: Payments are accepted as voluntary contributions to support the services.  

6. No Right of Withdrawal  

Due to the nature of the digital product, no right of withdrawal applies under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as the service is provided immediately upon purchase and constitutes digital content supplied for immediate consumption.  

7. Product Access and Delivery

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Purchasing the Product grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, limited right to use the content strictly as specified in the Terms of Sale and within the duration stated in the Product details.  

9. Data Protection

9.1 The Buyer’s personal data, shared during the purchase process, will be processed and stored by the Seller for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations and complying with legal requirements under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

10. Digital Product Use  

10.1 The Product requires an active internet connection. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the availability, quality, and security of their internet connection.  

10.2 The Product may be installed on one computer and one mobile device or one tablet and one mobile device. However, simultaneous access is restricted to one device at a time.  

10.3 The Product functions only on devices and operating systems actively supported by manufacturers.  

11. Technical Safeguards Impacting Digital Content Functionality 

11.1 Access to the Product requires an active internet connection. The effectiveness of the Product may depend on the Buyer’s internet speed, connection stability, and the technical capabilities of their electronic device. Buyers are advised to ensure they have adequate internet speed and compatible hardware for optimal use.

11.2 High data usage may be required, and the Seller is not responsible for any additional charges or data limits imposed by the Buyer’s internet service provider.  

11.3 Third-party software or applications required to access the Product are the sole responsibility of the Buyer, including their proper installation and functionality. 

12. Force Majeure

12.1 The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its control, as defined under the UK Common Law principles of Force Majeure. Such events temporarily suspend the Seller’s obligations under this agreement.  

12.2 Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, internet outages, infrastructure failures, power cuts, or legal restrictions, including court orders limiting access to the Seller’s website. In such cases, the Buyer waives any right to claim compensation from the Seller for delays or non-performance.  

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 For queries, requests, or complaints, the Buyer can contact the Seller via info@roketeconomics.com or through the contact links available on the Seller’s website at www.roketeconomics.com.

13.2 In case of disputes, the Buyer may seek resolution through relevant UK Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) providers or initiate proceedings in Small Claims Court, as per applicable laws.

13.3 By accepting this agreement, the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the details of the Product, including its features, price, payment terms, and delivery methods.

13.4 A digital or printed copy of this document may be retained by the Buyer, and the Seller will store an electronic version as required by applicable UK laws. 

14. Exceptions 

The clauses providing consumer protections apply only where the Buyer qualifies as a “Consumer” under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the Buyer does not meet this definition, such protections will not be enforceable.
